Maybe your sewing skills would make grandma cringe, or maybe you just wish someone else would do it for you. Dress by Design lets you design a dress online, and then ships you the results. Choose from several basic styles, sleeve types, and lengths, and then select a fabric and enter your measurements.
The site doesn’t say up front how much your dress will cost, but I designed three different styles in size 8 and each one came out to $189. Pretty good deal for the little black dress of your dreams, or even a simple wedding dress for the big day.
