MTV Movie Awards and the Sampler
The Sampler is the brilliant brainchild of Marie Kare. Each month sample goodies from online indie businesses (crafting folks, record labels, zines and so on) are bundled up and sent out to about 400 subscribers.
Marie is currently seeking special submissions. On June 1st, 185 gift boxes from The Sampler will be given out at the MTV Movie Awards Pre-Show Style Lounge.
The lucky recipients will be magazine editors, celebrities, stylists, shop owners and members of the media. The submissions are due on April 1st so if you have an indie business to promote there is still time to have a look at the submission requirements (including details of the entry fee) and the points to consider before entering to ensure that nobody’s time is wasted.
