If you’re in San Francisco this weekend, check out Momentum, Southern Exposure’s Annual Spring Fund-Raiser and Art Auction. The gallery will be celebrating 32 years of dynamic art and education with a night of live and silent art auctions, fine comestibles, and entertainment. Almost 150 established and emerging artists have donated artwork, including Silver Jews frontman David Berman, David Byrne, ReadyMade profile subject Gus Van Sant, and Tom Waits.

When: Saturday, May 6, from 7:30 to 11 p.m.
Tickets: $30 advance, $40 door.
