Napalicious Salad
In the never-ending quest to eat healthier without dying of lettuce boredom, this Asian salad is my latest obsession.
Ingredients:
1/2 head napa cabbage, julienne
1/2 cup red pepper, julienne
1 pear, julienne
1/2 cup carrots, shoestring or julienne
1/4 cup almond slivers
1 cup cooked chicken (optional)
Asian sesame dressing, to taste
Preparation:
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. Dress to taste.
