Keep your vegetables fresher and tastier for longer by marinating them.
You Will Need:
- Vegetables (peppers work well).
- 2½ Cups of Olive Oil
- 1 x Cinnamon Stick
- 2 x Garlic Cloves
- 4 tsp of Chilli Flakes
- 2 tsp of Pepper Cloves

1. Chop up your vegetables in to chunks and grill them until soft.. |

2. Take a knife and remove the skins.. |
 |
3. Pop the peppers in to an air-tight container.. |
 |
4. Bring the oil and spices to the boil in a saucepan, allow to cool and then pour in the jar. The vegetables will keep up to 3 weeks but you can simply add fresh vegetables by grilling them, removing the skins and then adding them to the jar.. |
