I use my electric kettle every day and I found myself wondering that since green tea is best steeped in water that is just below boiling, why couldn’t somebody made an electric kettle that doesn’t quite boil. The answer is, of course, somebody already does. The Utilitea Kettle by Adagio Teas boils water for black tea and coffee, or heats water to slightly lower temperatures for the perfect green tea. Unfortunately, it looks like it won’t be available until after the holidays so there goes that as a gift idea.
