Feast o’ the Irish
St. Patrick’s Day is this Saturday, March 17, and I’ve been gathering recipes in preparation for an Irish feast. Here’s what I’ve found so far:

I also plan to seek out some green beer (that’s green as in earth earth-conscious, not tinted with St. Pat’s official hue), and maybe even some St. Patrick’s day cocktails—cocktail.com lists several Irish cocktail recipes (along with an Irish toast!), and the fairly new Extra Tasty offers a couple of concoctions as well.
