Iron maiden
At ReadyMade, we love iron-ons (so much so, in fact, that we sell sets of lettering in our online store). Let’s face it: To instantly customize a T-shirt, baby onesie, or tote bag, nothing’s faster or easier than emblazoning it with a clever turn of phrase or a classic ’70s-era totem (Bowie qualifies). So when I found out about Iron, a Los Angeles shop devoted to the craft of iron-on, I knew it had to be good, in a weirdo throwback kind of way.
