How-to home schooling
As an enthusiastic life-learner, there are few things out there that I’m NOT interested in learning how to do. I’m not saying I want to be the host of Dirty Jobs or Survivor Man, but would I like to learn metalsmithing? Sure! Mosaic-making? Heck yeah! Lutherie? Sign me up! Well, I recently came across SmartFlix (via our friends at AT: Home Tech), and it seems like it could be seriously habit-forming for someone like me. They have over 200 different categories of various How-To instructional videos which you check out Netflix-style. Most videos rent for $9.99 a week, and the rates get cheaper if you rent an entire series at once. Judging by the screengrabs (which isn’t fair at all) it seems there may be quite a range to the quality of the videos, making the customer ratings all the more helpful.
