Film what’s on your mind for Down 2 Earth
Thanks to global warming, the Iditarod had to move 30 miles north this year just to find enough snow. Close to half of the world’s amphibians are facing extinction. If facts like these freak you out, use your creative gene to voice your concern. The folks behind Down to Earth, an upcoming sustainability festival in Boston, are asking artists, environmentalists, nature lovers, and everyone in between to submit original videos about the environment and sustainability, which they’ll screen during the event in March. What you shoot is up to you: Illustrative celebrations of a favorite tree and creative ideas for re-using paper cups are equally valid entries. The deadline is March 14th—lights, camera, action!
