Valentine’s Day is tomorrow
So we figured we’d better get started on some appropriate coverage. Here’s a start…
Chocolate on Valentine’s Day: it may be cliché, but that don’t mean it ain’t delicious. We’ve recently had the chance to conduct a completely subjective taste-test of two all-natural, organic, preservative-free varieties by two different chocolatiers: Charles Chocolates of San Francisco and Lake Champlain Chocolates of Burlington, Vermont. We’ve spent the week one afternoon gorging on both the contents of (and box for) one of Charles’s edible chocolate boxes (don’t miss the mojito hearts) and Lake Champlain’s 22-piece Grand Valentine Chocolate Heart (pictured; the truffles and caramels are to die for). And while we’ve failed to let you in on these mouth-watering delights with time enough to order them for tomorrow, we can assure you’ll they’ll be just as well-received next week as a “Sorry I didn’t get you anything for Valentine’s Day” treat.
