DIYF (Do-It-Yourself Friday): Make a cork doorstop
See that photo to the left there? That, friends, is a photo of a cork nailed to a door. More specifically, a wine cork nailed to the back of my front door. Why, you ask? Because it’s a great way to keep your door from scratching and denting anything (a bookshelf, in my case) that may be sitting behind the door (as long as the doorknob doesn’t get there first). So raise a glass, save the cork, and drink up—here’s to saving your stuff from unsightly dings.
