    How much does a subscription to ReadyMade cost, and how many issues will I get?

    An annual subscription to ReadyMade is $19 for 6 issues in the United States, US$24 for 6 issues in Canada, and US$29 outside of the U.S. and Canada. For all subscriptions, please contact rmdcustserv@cdsfulfillment.com.

    Which Issue will my subscription start with?

    The receipt of your first issue depends on when you purchased a subscription. Generally speaking, allow 4 to 6 weeks within the United States, 6 to 8 weeks in Canada, and as many as 12 weeks if you reside overseas.

    How often is ReadyMade published?

    ReadyMade went bimonthly (6 times a year), beginning with the March/April issue in 2004.

    How can I change my subscription address?

    A change of address can be submitted online here. Please let us know at least 6 weeks in advance so that you don't miss any issues.

    Note: the Postal Service will not forward periodicals, so you will need to notify ReadyMade of the change of address in advance of your move.

    My subscription doesn't expire soon so why am I receiving renewal notices?

    To make sure you don't miss any issues, we send out ReadyMade renewal notices in plenty of time to renew your subscription before it expires. If you have sent payment or cancellation instructions within the past 2 weeks, but receive a second renewal notice, most likely the letters simply crossed in the mail. Please ignore this second renewal.

    What are my different subscription payment options?

    Payment can be made online here, by phone (credit card only) or mail (please do not send cash). Check payments can be mailed along with your invoice in the enclosed, pre-addressed envelope.

    If you cannot send in your original invoice, please include your full name and address and either a phone number or email address so that we may get in touch with you if we have any questions regarding your subscription.

    If I choose to use my credit card when I order on ReadyMade's order page, is it safe?

    Yes, as long as your current browser supports secure credit card transactions. To determine this, look at the bottom corner of your browser. When you are at a secure site, you will see a solid key on Netscape browsers and a closed padlock on Internet Explorer browsers. If the site is not secure, the key will appear broken and the padlock will appear unlocked.

    Why do I keep getting invoices mailed to me?

    If you have sent payment or cancellation instructions within the past 2 weeks, but received a second invoice, most likely the letters simply crossed in the mail. Please ignore this invoice.

    If you continue to receive invoices, or your subscription has lapsed, please contact us at rmdcustserv@cdsfulfillment.com and please provide your name, street address and the magazine you subscribe to.

    Where is my ReadyMade?

    If you have seen ReadyMade on the newsstand and have not yet received your copy, it's probably in the mail. We do try to ensure that subscriber copies arrive in-home before they are on the newsstand. However, there are sometimes postal fluctuations that are beyond our control.

    Subscriptions take about 4 - 6 weeks to process, so if you have subscribed recently, be patient. Your magazine will arrive next month.

    What should I do if I missed an issue?

    If your magazine does not show up within 8 weeks from the time you subscribed, or you feel that you have not received your current issue when you should have, please let us know. Please provide your name, street address, the magazine you subscribe to, and the month/year of the issue that is late, damaged or missing.  email : rmdcustserv@cdsfulfillment.com. ReadyMade cannot be responsible for missed issues if you move and do not provide us with your new mailing address. If your issue of ReadyMade arrives damaged, please let us know and we can provide you with a replacement copy.

    What is your return policy?

    ReadyMade will exchange or provide a refund for any product (excluding subscriptions) if it is returned to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt. Please mail your product to:
