FOSSIL CLOCK


Ingredients/Tools:
  • Fossil Watch Tin
  • Cardboard
  • Ruler
  • Permanent Marker
  • Clock Kit
  • Dremel with standard drill bit
  • Hammer
  • Nail

Make It:
  1. Remove Fossil tin lid and place face down on a piece of cardboard to protect it from scratching.
  2. Using the ruler, approximate the lid's center point and make a mark on the inside with a permanent marker.
  3. Using a hammer and nail, tap a small dimple in the tin on the center mark.
  4. Using a Dremel with standard drill bit, drill a hole, then carve out the metal around it to create an opening of 5/16".
  5. Assemble the clock mechanism (available at www.readymademag.com) according to the package instructions and mount through the center of the Fossil tin.
  6. Tell time.
